Dolly Parton Imagination Library

The Colonial Beach Community Foundation proudly serves as the local fiscal sponsor for Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, bringing the internationally recognized early literacy program to children living in Colonial Beach ZIP code 22443. The program provides free, high-quality, age-appropriate books each month to children from birth until their fifth birthday, helping families build home libraries and prepare children for success in school.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to enroll their children at no cost.
