Scholarships
At the Colonial Beach High School Awards Night in May, board members Debi Chedester and Michele Inderrieden awarded scholarships to Willow Baker, Kaylynn Christensen, and Marta Cole. Each will receive $1,000 payable to their college account. Congratulations to all the graduates and scholarship recipients!
Each spring the Foundation awards at least one scholarship to a Colonial Beach High School senior to help defray costs for the next steps in their educational journey, whether they are going to a community college, four-year college or university, or technical or skilled trade program.

​A scholarship is typically $1,000 with $500 being awarded for the fall semester and the remaining $500 awarded in the spring.
​
​Scholarships are funded through generous donations made to the Foundation’s Scholarship Fund.
NOTE: We use Givebutter, a fundraising platform which offers a suite of tools that includes payment processing. In the widget below you will have the option to cover the standard credit card processing fee so CBF will receive 100% of the donation. You can also give a small tip to Givebutter to keep all the other suite of tools free for us to utilize.
This is not a requirement to donate to CBF.
